The Neighborhood Network Board Application

The Neighborhood Network is a 501.C3 non-profit which aims to improve community access to media. It operates WCRS-LP, a low power FCC licensed FM station which can be heard 12 hours a day over most of the county on 102.1 and 98.3 FM. It is also attempting to upgrade community access to the local public TV channel, channel 21 on most cable providers. The Neighborhood network is locally controlled, is all volunteer, and is non-profit.

Robert Ebright -Board Chair/President - Robert Ebright is a local media and community technology organizer that also serves on the board of Freegeek Columbus, is a co-founder of Columbus Indymedia and actively volunteers with the Participatory Culture foundation.

M.J. Willow - Financial Officer - Originally from Southwestern Ohio. Have been a resident of Columbus, Ohio since 1981.
